Award & Kickoff
We treat this as a time of celebration for earning your business. Then, we get right to work. A quality, cross-departmental team—including sales, tooling, engineering, and a program launch team—collaborates to review the design, discuss cost-saving ideas, and thoroughly plan the entire project.
Design
At this stage, we’ve selected the team members to lead your project, and (unlike the competition), we begin design using in-house resources. Relying on well-standardized work steps and the latest in CAD technology, we create designs that are highly manufacturable, accurate, and efficient.
Build
Thanks to the multidisciplinary approach taken from the start, this transition is seamless. Again—utilizing in-house talent alone—our design team members and experienced tooling experts work together and use state-of-the art equipment to build the most precise tooling possible.
Approval & Launch
Our aim is nothing less than a flawless production launch. A Zero Defects process is the means of achieving it. This process includes multiple, clearly-defined gates, such as our Mursix Validation Process (MVP), that keep customers in the know and ensure complete internal readiness.
